As said, it all begins with a real, good story. Our story starts with curiosity. We’ve always been drawn to creative minds – not just what they build, but why. The ones who follow a feeling, trust their instinct, and shape something meaningful from it. That’s the kind of energy we’ve always been looking for – and what we now try to amplify.
This curiosity led us to start Passie als Kompas, an interview series (in Dutch) where we talk to people who live and work from the inside out. It became more than interviews. It became a map of creativity, told in many voices.
What started as a personal project grew into something bigger. Because if we’re this passionate about the stories and ideas of others – why not help bring them to life, too?
So that’s what we do now. We think, create and build alongside remarkable people and brands with a real, good story to tell. And we create ideas of our own, ideas we believe deserve a world of their own. Always with intention, always with care. We believe the best work comes from listening first. And when the story is real, the connection follows.
And our curiosity keeps taking us further. With The Creators School, we’re creating a place for a new generation to explore, discover and find their own way.

Once the concept is clear, we shape how it comes to life. We develop the creative vision and bring together the right people to make it happen. Throughout the process, we stay closely involved to make sure everything feels connected and true to the original idea.
This is where ideas become reality. We manage the entire production process, working with a trusted network of filmmakers, photographers, editors and other creatives. From films and photography to podcasts, campaigns and social content, everything is created with the same care and attention to detail.
Every platform speaks a different language, and good content respects that. From short-form stories on social media to long-form films and series, we adapt each story to the platform and the people it’s made for. Always with the same intention: creating content that feels relevant, connects with its audience and stays true to the original story.
